ORDER FULFILLMENT

Please allow us a small amount of time to produce and handle your order with the utmost care. Our products are being produced manually, on demand, the moment we get your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse and the package(s) will normally arrive within 5 – 30 working days depending on your country.

Delivery times Delivery times published by the shipping services are approximate, and some orders take longer to be delivered. Your patience is appreciated! During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer. If you have not received your order after 30 business days, please contact us at support@chiraya.shop

P.O. Boxes We do not ship to PO Boxes; however, the ‘bill to’ address can be a PO Box.

Business Days & Holidays All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction with the product received is of upmost importance to us – if you receive an item that is faulty in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. All items (with exception to originals + some framed prints) are manufactured by a print-on-demand vendor. As such, each ordered product is unique and created per order. There are no “spare” products sitting on-hand in a warehouse. As each item is made-to-order, please make your selections carefully.

Returns or exchanges are not supported if a wrong size or colour has been ordered, or if a customer simply doesn’t like the product, or changes their mind. There are sizing / measurement details on each apparel listing. Please reference these carefully to avoid receiving an item that doesn’t fit properly. Please take care to provide the correct shipping details, as the vendor does not accept responsibility and cannot offer replacements or refunds. If there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error, or printing issues and such, the customer is eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please email me at support@chiraya.shop within 7 days of receiving your order and attach images referencing your concern. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back – you may discard or keep it as you wish.
